whats coming from frontcover!? @ 21:34

After speaking to the lovely people at Frontcover Cosmetics they have let me have a look at the new collection to be arriving in stores this summer! and oh wow are us makeup lovers in for a treat! They emailed me a presentation of what would be seen in stores, and a little extra information and can i just say it was so beautifully set out it drew me in immediately.
Here is what the introductory page said about the brand -
"TAKES CATWALK TRENDS AND TURNS THEM INTO READY TO WEAR MAKE-UP COLLECTIONS"
"THE LOOK IS ON THE BOX AND EVERYTHING TO ACHIEVE IT IS INSIDE"
"MAKE UP ARTIST INCLUDED"
"THE PRODUCTS ARE OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY AND BENCHMARKED ON PREMIUM BRANDS BUT SOLD AT MASS MARKET PRICES"

Every statement from my experience is true, and now on to the exciting bit, what will be in the collection!
Miss Behaving - £15
Her Lashes swept the garden path ..False Lashes
Oyster Base domed baked powder eyeshadow
Domed baked powder highlighter
Black liquid eyeliner
Black mascara
Black kohl pencil and smudger
Brush and blender applicatior

I think this is my favourite of the new items, the two brown baked shadows will blend perfectly for a summery bronzed look and as one of the biggest eyelash lovers in the country(its official!) these look like the perfect type! Full and thick without being rediculous, of course i havn't seen these products in person but i am sure the quality is very good. This page features Amy Winehouse and the Milan and Christian Dior runway shows as inspirations for this set.

Mermaid Dreams - £25
20 domed powder eyeshadow in a spectrum of
iridescent Summer 2010 shades:
Cloud dance sunray ingot moonstruck baked bronze
Sunbleach lime fern sparkle glaze
Comino sea spray seagrass wave plunge pool
Drifter seastar nightime cooler seabed
Shadowline the magic potion that turns eyeshadow to
eyeliner in a trice
Brush and blender applicator

Here is another pallete, set out just like the rainbow eyes one i love so much I can see this will be a big seller and fly off the shelves, these colours would make a beautiful summer alternative to the normal smokey eye and this would be the only makeup item you need on your summer holidays to create a perfect on trend look. With inspirations like Proenza Schoeler and at an amazing price point of £25 why wouldn't you go and pick this up!

EASY ON THE EYE - HOT £8
4 pressed powders:
Ultra Pink
Coral Kiss
Iced Lime
River Blue
Brush and blender applicator

WOAHWOAHWOAH i cannot tell you how much im into the pastels and nudes trend right now, this would be perfect for an everyday eye, ah i cannot tell you how much i want it, £8! This needs to be in my collection, the sorbet shades look creamy and whimsical. Perfect for on the beach or at the shops, this look was seen on counless catwalks and youll look fresh and beautiful. From the picture it looks asthough these are well pigmented which is always what im worried about with pastel shades so fingers crossed i won't be dissapointed!

EASY ON THE EYE - COOL £8
4 pressed powders:
Glisten
Honey
Backed
Butterum

Here we have a set of four ready to wear shades, I think this set would be perfect for someone whos a little to conservative or not quite confident enough to wear the 'HOT' pallete, or someone whos a eyeshadow virgin and wants something which will be easy to put on and you know it will look good together. This quad would also be good to pop in your handbag. I personally think the white would make a good highlight for under the brows and am loving the look of 'honey' which is the colour second from the left, this looks like a gorgeous taupe colour which i don't currently have in my collection!

Along with the Rainbow Eyes Reborn set(previously mentioned) these are the new collection and i am so impressed Frontcover have created every item with the SS10 trends in mind, but which can also be carried through to AW and beyond! After reading the information on the three people who have created the Frontcover brand Liz Wilkinson, Michelle White and Leanne Shaw I am truly in awe of them, what they have achieved in their lives is amazing and creating these beautiful products is such an achievement. As a student makeup artist reading about people like them really inspires me, they have all done so well in their careers.
I hope you all go out and take a look at this brand, they really are worth every penny and will last you a long time. Talk to you soon
XOXO
